Rule Update -OD VIOLATION
We are re-emphasizing on our booking policy with regards to origin and destination (OD) violation.
All out of sequence bookings will go through a dynamic check whereby they will be restricted for ticketing/cancelled at the time of violation itself.
ADM will be raised for ticketed violations.
We consider a PNR as violation when:
Once the PNR is identified as violation, non-ticketed PNRs will be cancelled immediately with the below remarks:
” BKG XXLD DUE BKD OUT OF SEQUENCE” or
” BKG XXLD DUE BKD INCOMPLETE OD PAIR
For ticketed PNR’s ADM will be raised and below remarks will be updated on the PNR:
” ADM DUE BKD OUT OF SEQUENCE” or
” ADM DUE BKD INCOMPLETE OD PAIR
Post-dating or advancing the complete itinerary ** NEW
Always check the availability inside a PNR, only then it will show correct availability for the selected fare and country where the ticket is sold.
When changing the entire journey, delete the itinerary without ending the transaction and check the availability again.
When a passenger wants to pre-date or postpone his entire journey, agent is required to follow the below steps :
Step 1 : Retrieve the existing PNR.
Step 2 : Cancel the original dates first ( do not end transaction at this stage ) and do a fresh availability /sell for the new/revised dates required by the passenger.
The agent will not be able to see the availability on the PNR unless the holding segments are cancelled.
Step 3 : After cancelling the segments if there is no availability for new dates, the agents can always ignore and retrieve the existing PNR – No seats from the original booking would have been lost.

Revised Wheelchair Policy
We are happy to announce changes in our Premium economy class fare w.e.f 05DEC’18 for ticketing and travel.
Under the new fare structure, an additional fare level of INR100,500 will be introduced along with some Fare & RBD changes in the existing E & G class fares.
Updated fares would be available on the system from 04DEC onwards.
